Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

All shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and import handling are included in the shipping process where applicable.

Please note:

  • Additional VAT, local taxes, or customs-related fees may still be charged by your country, depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times are estimated up to arrival at your country’s customs office. Any delays beyond this point depend on local customs processing and are outside our control.

Important:
A phone number is required for international delivery. Please include it in the order notes at checkout to avoid delays.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
