Made from handwoven hemp fabric which I dyed in a salmon pink as it contrasts nicely with the characteristic pink of the Hmong Thai fabric.
The traditional Hmong Thai fabric, originally used as a skirt, makes up the majority of the front and puffed sleeves of this blouse top.
As usual this is a unique piece.
